Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Almost all products available on the site are made available under an Easy Return policy. After having placed orders on the website you can request for Cancellation of order (Sec 1). After receiving the shipment, in case you wish to return it and request for Refund you are free to do so (Sec 2.). Keeping our customer happy and satisfied is one task that Team Lithics values more than any other.

1. Cancellation

  • You can log into your account and view your history of orders. Link to cancel order will be available therein. This link will lead to a form through which you can request for cancellation. We generally reply by the next working day.
  • Free cancellation of orders is applicable only till shipment has been generated and e-mailed to you. After receipt of shipment e-mail, products are generally despatched within two working days and delivered within one week, depending on distance.
  • After successful cancellation, the amount, if paid through the online payment gateway, will be refunded in full by the month-end, subject to Banks' service charges. In case, you request for cancellation after receiving the shipment e-mail, nominal cancellation charges may be deducted from the amount.
  • Once despatched, cancellation of order is not possible.

2. Return

  • We ensure Easy Returns for up to 14 days from delivery.
  • We do not entertain any request for return beyond 14 days from delivery.
  • After receiving the shipment, in case you wish to return the product for any of the reasons listed below, you can do so by clicking on the ‘Return product’ link in the 'Your Account' section in the footer of the main site and filling the form giving order number and reason.
  • Some of the products on the store, especially gifts & perishables may not provide the ‘Easy Return’ option and this will be mentioned in the Product Description of such products. Kindly read carefully before ordering.
  • Commonly accepted reasons include: Product damaged at the time of delivery, Product delivered is not the same as the one ordered online, Product delivered does not have features promised on the site or is defective.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • The amount paid shall be refunded by the month-end, subject to Banks' service charges. However, it is the sole discretion of to accept the return and to decide the amount that is to be refunded.
  • The Shipping charge paid will be deducted from the refund amount on all orders. In case of free delivery, nominal shipping charge is deductible.
  • Replacement / exchange shall be deemed as ‘Returns’. However, refund will not be made and the new product will be delivered, subject to payment of the shipping charges of the new product.
